
On November 4, on Red Square, after a large-scale renovation, the grand opening of the monument erected in 1818 in honour of the leaders of the people’s militia of 1612, the end of the Time of Troubles and the expulsion of the Poles from the Russian land, will take place.
The works were carried out on the spot – a heated pavilion-workshop was built around the monument.
Restorations have undergone – a granite pedestal with bronze bas-reliefs, plinths and figures.
