Hotel “Maroseyka 2/15” invites you to the Museum of Russian businessman and philanthropist David Yakobashvili, whose art fund numbers about 20 thousand exhibits and is one of the largest private collections of world cultural significance.
The collection is based on rare musical instruments and boxes, organs, orchestrions, barrel organs, mechanical pianos and grand pianos, gramophones and phonographs, accordions, clocks and entertaining automata.
The funds of the museum also unite items of decorative and applied art, painting and graphics, a solid collection of Russian bronze, including small sculptures by masters of the 19th-20th centuries, a collection of ancient Russian and foreign silver, glass and crystal.
