Hotel “Maroseika 2/15” invites to the premiere!
The Russian version of the musical “Chess” is a bright event on the world theater stage!
“Chess” was written in 1984 by three outstanding authors – British librettist, winner of the Oscars, Tony, Emmy and Grammy Tim Rice, as well as members and composers of the ABBA group Benny Anderson and Bjorn Ulveus!
The prototypes of the main characters – Anatoly Sergievsky and Freddie Trumper – were the great chess players Anatoly Karpov, Boris Spassky, Victor Korchnoy and Robert Fisher.
This musical is not only about chess, but also about the relationship of people: love, treason and even betrayal!
Performances are held at the Moscow Youth Palace at 28 Komsomolsky Prospekt
