Hotel “Maroseyka 2/15” invites you to take an autumn walk to the house number 10 on Krivoarbatsky lane.

Here is the House of Architect Konstantin Melnikov – a genius who violated all urban planning norms that existed in the first half of the 20th century and managed to be 50 years ahead of time!

This is a well-known mansion of an unusual round shape with one hundred and eight windows, made in the spirit of constructivism and representing a vivid example of the Soviet avant-garde.

The house-workshop was designed and built in 1927-1929, the artist and his family lived there.

A visit to the Melnikov House is possible only in groups and accompanied by a guide.
