Between Bolshaya Yakimanka Street and Yakimanskaya Embankment there is a whole block of beautiful old red brick buildings “Golutvinskaya Sloboda” – unique factory buildings of the former Golutvinsky textile manufactory founded by P.M. Ryabushinsky in 1846 and incorporated all the characteristic features of Russian industrial architecture of the 19th century.

Pay attention to the Ryabushinsky Manor, built in the early years of the 19th century, however, it is currently under restoration and is closed with a false facade.

There are cozy cafes in the quarter, a gourmet restaurant PPL, as well as a luxury restaurant “The SAD”.

Hotel “Maroseyka 2/15” invites you to an interesting Moscow location for a pleasant pastime and photo shoots against the backdrop of a combination of historical and modern business style!
